James Collas, President and CEO
Mr. Collas has over sixteen years of senior executive experience in the computer industry and consumer markets. He has built and managed organizations of over 2,000 employees, and has led the development and introduction of hundreds of consumer products. He has also initiated three business ventures for which he was the CEO and President. Products and services introduced under Mr. Collas’ management have accounted for over $28 billion in revenues worldwide. Mr. Collas was previously President and CEO of GiftFlix, Inc., a prepaid gift card company with a closely related delivery model. Between 1992 and 1999, Mr. Collas was a senior executive at Gateway playing a key role in growing the company from $600 million to over $8 billion in revenues. He was also part of the executive team that took Gateway public. During his last three years as an executive at Gateway, Collas was its Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President in charge of worldwide product strategy, product development, and product management.

Chris Nicolaidis, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Nicolaidis has almost two decades of experience as a senior sales executive for several start-up and established private and publicly traded companies in third-party gift card retail, radiopharmaceutical, healthcare delivery, employee benefits, and insurance services industries. Prior to co-founding IdeaEdge, he was Vice President of Business Development at DVD Movie Update, Inc., where he previously worked with Mr. Collas. He formed partnerships with leading gift card suppliers, account clearing houses, aggregators, and distributors, and secured commitments for distribution comprising over 20,000 high profile retail grocery and drug chains. He formed relationships with Fremantle senior officials and led negotiations to secure the American IdolTM contract for ideaEDGE.

Jonathan Shultz, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Shultz is our Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Shultz has over twenty years of diversified business and financial management experience that includes both Big 4 public accounting and private industry. Mr. Shultz began his career as an auditor and computer specialist with Ernst & Young, serving seven years in the firm’s San Diego office. Subsequent to his tenure with E&Y, Mr. Shultz served as Vice President of Finance or Chief Financial Officer for several public and private sector companies including Neology, Inc., ideaEDGE Ventures, Asset Recovery Concepts and Aurora Electronics, Inc. Mr. Shultz oversees finance and all administrative areas of our Company.

Jeffrey Hall, Vice President, Operations
Mr. Hall’s experience encompasses over twenty years in business operations, business planning, organizational development and training, systems design and implementation, account and program management, process improvement, and project planning. His knowledge spans across several business applications including eCommerce, retail, third-party and B2B gift cards, utility and telecommunications. Mr. Hall led comprehensive operational teams for Sprint Telecommunications, Mid American Energy, Red Envelope, and ProFlowers. At ProFlowers he streamlined sales operations through system automation and established the account management program for key accounts and co-branded partners. He was instrumental in securing large customers including Kroger, Albertsons, MasterCard, American Express, and Martha Stewart Flowers.

Steven Davis, Legal Counsel
Mr. Davis practices business and corporate law through his law firm, Steven James Davis, A Professional Corporation. Prior to March 2005, Mr. Davis served as general counsel and corporate secretary of Molecular Imaging Corporation, a publicly traded healthcare company. Mr. Davis has also served as legal counsel for Leap Wireless International, Inc., a publicly traded wireless service provider. Prior to joining Leap Wireless, Mr. Davis was an attorney in the business and corporate group in the San Diego office of the law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP. Mr. Davis is currently a member of the Board of Directors, and on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees, of Telanetix, Inc., a publicly traded technology company providing digital presence video conferencing systems.
